We accept cash, check or credit card donations. 100% of all donations go directly to the LIVESTRONG Foundation.

Online Donation
Create a personal online Fundraising Page. Credit card donations can be accepted and all donors will be sent a thank you and tax receipt directly from LIVESTRONG. Click on the button below to Donate or Create a Fundraising Page.

Check Donation
Checks should be made payable to Livestrong. Checks can be given to participants or mailed to Ultimate Cycle Challenge - 438 Pine Lake Ct., Holland, MI 49424. When mailing, please include the individual or team you are supporting. All donations will be sent to the LIVESTRONG Foundation at the conclusion of the event. Tax receipts will be generated at that time and mailed directly to individual donors.

Cash Donation
Cash donations are accepted but no tax receipt will be given. Cash donations should be given to the participant to turn in at the event.

	Fundraising Letter A sample fundraising letter to reference when creating your fundraising requests. Keep in mind that the more compelling and personal your letter/email - the better. Every fundraiser has a different story and a unique reason for being involved.....tell yours!
	UCC Sponsorship Request & Levels Letter that can be used to ask a business or corporation to sponsor the event and your team will be credited for the sponsorship amount. 	UCC Flyer A flyer/poster you can print and post to show your support or generate interest for the event.
	Participant Donation Form Form to be used by each participant to record donations raised. Any donations raised online on behalf of each participant should be noted separately as described on this form.
	Team Donation Form Form for the team captain to organize and track team's combined donations. Each rider should be recorded on separate line.
