Team Information

The success of the Ultimate Cycle Challenge depends on teams of individuals who are eager to help join and fight the battle against cancer. This page is intended to help you form a team, share information, and maximize your fundraising efforts.

Forming a Team

Team Captains......your team's registration will be completed at the same time as when you register for the event. Your first step is to click on the Team Registration link to the right and then complete the registration process. After completion, you will recieve an email confirmation with helpful instructions to invite your remaining team members to join your team.

Keep in mind that your team can consist of a single rider riding non-stop or as many as 24 members taking turns as a relay team. Your team will also have the option of riding for 12 or 24 hours. 24-hour teams will start at 8:00pm Friday and ride until 8:00pm on Saturday. 12-hour teams will ride from 8:00am - 8:00pm on Saturday.

Each team will assigned a specific bike to keep in constant motion throughout the event. Teams have the option to ride either a provided stationary bike or bring in a bike & trainer. Trainers are encouraged and are very helpful for those riders who are really challenging themselves and will be on the bike for many hours.

To streamline the process, we are encouraging on-line registration. This will not only help Team Captains, but it will also help UCC administration. Once you have completed registration and have invited your remaining team members, please come back to access the helpful tools below.

	Participant Donation Form Form to be used by each participant to record donations raised. Any donations raised online on behalf of each participant should be noted separately as described on this form.
	Team Donation Form Form for the team captain to organize and track team's combined donations. Each rider should be recorded on separate line.
	Rider Assignment Form for 12-Hour Teams Form to help organize your team's riders for the full 12-hour event. Each hour should be filled in with rider's name and phone number prior to event check-in.
	Rider Assignment Forms for 24-Hour Teams Forms to help organize your team's riders for the full 24-hour event. 24-hour teams have two forms and each hour should be filled in with rider's name and phone number prior to event check-in.
